2. HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Many products offered by Cami Co Designs are handmade individually or in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in stitching, placement, dimensions, fabric pattern placement, color, or other details may occur.

These natural variations are part of the handmade process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products. However, colors may appear differently depending on your monitor, mobile device, screen settings, lighting, or other factors.

Please carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, materials, photographs, and other information before purchasing.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. Because many of our products are handmade and produced in limited quantities, an item may sell out or become unavailable without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product descriptions, or make changes to our product offerings at any time.

4. ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase from Cami Co Designs. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or other order-processing issues.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because we may begin preparing handmade orders shortly after they are received, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been placed.

If we need to cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed at checkout when required.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and contact information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product description, promotional, or other errors that may occasionally appear on our website.

6. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because our products are handmade with care and often created in small batches, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, photographs, materials, and other details before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at camicocollective@gmail.com with your order information and photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States.

Because our products are handmade, processing times may vary. Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, circumstances such as carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has begun processing or has shipped.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, original content created by Cami Co Designs for this website—including photographs, graphics, text, product descriptions, designs, branding, logos, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to Cami Co Designs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
